He took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the repair process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything. Throughout the repair process, Patrick kept me updated with regular phone calls, which gave me great peace of mind. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the repair work excellent, but my car had been cleaned so thoroughly that it looked like it had received a full detail. It looked amazing! I have to admit that at first, I wasn't sure what to expect because I wasn't familiar with Sullivan's. I was already frustrated and stressed from the car accident and the damage to my car. However, my experience exceeded every expectation. Patrick showed genuine care and concern not only for my vehicle but also for me. He made sure I was comfortable, informed, and completely satisfied every step of the way. I also want to mention how welcoming and friendly everyone at the shop was. Every team member was courteous, professional, and created an atmosphere where I truly felt valued as a customer. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service, compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail that Patrick and the entire Sullivan's team provided. I had some auto body work I needed done on my wife's Subaru Outback in Kingwood. I went to five repair shops in the area to get quotes. I ended up going with Sullivans for several reasons. First, I didn't feel like a number. Andrew spent the extra time with me going over multiple options since I was paying out of pocket without insurance. He showed me how I could save money with quality after market parts that were guaranteed. He also went over what it would be to go with original factory parts. I never felt rushed and he always kept me up to date via text with every step of the process and when it was ready. The paint matched so well I couldn't distinguish it from the original paint. Also, while I was there Nik, the parts specialist, personally sat down with me, went into more detail about each of the parts I needed and how their shop could salvage, piece and fix some of it together to save some labor and money. On top of that, I told them I would have to bring the car back because I didn't have a ride home. Not only did they fine me a ride, but the owner personally drove me home. If you're looking for lifetime guaranteed quality work at the best price and want a home town personal feel and experience, I would definitely recommend you go talk with them about any mechanical or body repairs. You won't be disappointed .
