After a minor incident, our Cadillac Escalade needed an alignment. We took it to a body shop first. When we picked it up, it was driving terribly and felt almost uncontrollable. They realigned it, same issue.

Next stop was Cadillac. We explained everything to the service manager, they aligned it again and told us it was back in spec. I picked it up… and it still drove awful.

I bumped into Michael Sullivan and we talked about what was going on. So we brought it to Sullivan’s Truck, Auto & Collision Repair.

From start to finish, the experience was completely different. Great customer service. Clear communication. They test drove the vehicle themselves and confirmed what we were feeling. When we picked it up, they walked through the alignment printout with us in detail — something no one else had done.

The Escalade now drives exactly like it should. They even had it cleaned and ready to go.

Can’t say enough good things about the team at Sullivan’s. Professional, honest, and they actually fix the problem. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I was in an accident and my car was towed to Sullivan’s. I’ve lived in Kingwood for over fifteen years and have driven past their shop hundreds of times. It always looked busy, and I remember thinking, they must be doing something right.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with genuine smiles. The person I had the pleasure of working with was Pat. He was respectful of my time, listened carefully to my questions and concerns, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled correctly.

Even though my car was totaled, Pat was a perfect example of excellence and professionalism. If you ever need to take your vehicle to Sullivan’s Auto Body Shop, you’ll be in great hands with Pat and the rest of the team.

Wow! Had some minor work I needed done so I went to Sullivan's.. I had gotten a part online so I wasn't sure of my reception... William Scott could not have been more accommodating and helpful and than didn't even charge for the work done!! Will definitely return for maintenance and repairs on my two vehicles in the future!!

I want to highly recommend Sullivan’s Truck , Auto and Collision repair in Kingwood! One of my employees was in a car accident across town and the tow company wanted to take the car to a lot (which was an hour from home and included additional fees, storage cost etc). Because we were at a Dance Competition and had very little time to access all options, I called Sullivan’s and explained the situation. Without hesitation they told me to have the car towed to their shop, and they paid the tow company. In today’s world it is refreshing to get incredible customer service!
